We are recruiting Bank Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
About you and your role
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Plas Gwyn Nursing Home, you’ll look
after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to
help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We’ll look to you to
create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of
physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional
judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide
range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to
providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything
you do.
You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a
good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as
a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care
plans and detailed risk assessments is important too.

We are currently recruiting part-time care assistants
for days and nights.
Preferably you will have a least a QCF/NVQ 2 in care - but this is
not essential, you will be provided with the opportunity to receive on the job training in order to gain this level. Your passion and
attitude towards providing care for people is as important to us as
the qualification. We ask that you treat people with care, compassion,
dignity and respect; basically, as you would your own family, you must
be willing to work per published rota and 12 hours shifts.
