An update on our reception service!
Firstly, our apologies to any of our patients who have struggled to get through on the phone. Our former provider of reception services were frankly not up to scratch, so we’ve moved!
Our new service is literally 24/7. If you call in the wee small hours, don’t be surprised if you are answered by an American, they provide the service whilst Brits sleep.
One big benefit of the new system is that you will get a reminder of your appointment by text and email the day before.

Hello! I’m sorry if anyone is struggling to call us today. BT has managed to cut our number whilst installing a new system and it might not be reconnected until tomorrow or even Wednesday.

25 years ago today I graduated from The British School of Osteopathy and went to work the following Monday.
It’s been a journey for me and all my patients. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to use my hands and knowledge to help people and their bodies to live more functional pain free lives.

The balance will be payable on attending your appointment.

In line with the latest government guidelines Well St Clinic will remain open, for as long as it is safe to do so.

In order for us to keep helping you, we ask you to do the following things.

1/ please do not attend clinic if you feel unwell in any way.
2/ please wear a mask and bring a towel to your appointment, use the hand sanitiser in reception
3/ wait outside until we bring you in for your appointment
4/ Tell us if you are not attending your appointment.
Leave a message on the clinic answerphone 01824709777, or message us on this page.
This allows us to give your appointment to another patient on our waiting list.
5/ please have patience, if we do not answer the telephone we are probably treating a patient, Please leave a message on our answerphone and we will call you back.

Having finished decorating and made all the necessary changes regarding PPE and hygiene to protect patients from Covid-19 transmission, we are finally seeing patients again at the clinic.
The new regulations require us to pre-screen and triage patients via Zoom, or phone before they can come for treatment.
When coming for treatment I will be required to wear full PPE and patients to wear a mask and bring a bath towel to lie on.
We will be seeing patients with time gaps between to maintain social distancing and to clean and air treatment rooms.
There are limited numbers of appointments to start and we are feeling our way in this new pandemic environment.
We are taking all precautions to keep everyone as safe as possible and hope that this new system tides us over until some sort of normality is possible.
