Hi there 👋, just thought I'd do a little reintroduction as it's been a while!

So I'm Caroline. I have been a practising massage therapist for a little over 6 years qualifying back in late 2017. I decided I wanted change of direction from working in hospitality and something that worked around my family and children and was introduced to massage through my sister who at the time had just done the course with . I had always been interested in anatomy and physiology so this seemed a good move. Having family members with chronic pain also meant that I could help them, and hoped it could be a career that would help me focus and calm my anxious mind 🤣...who hasnt got one of those 🙄 (I can confirm it definitely does!). I can honestly say without a doubt that this career has changed my life 100% for the better. I absolutely love my job and since starting my full time practice last year, I have not looked back! It's more than I could ever have hoped for, and I get to meet the most amazing lovely people both whilst training and through my loyal clients.

I have learnt so many new skills... My learning never ends. In September 2023 I qualified as an Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist furthering my skills to treat chronic pain and injury using a fusion if techniques from heat therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work, stretching and teaching self care. I also qualified as an oncology massage therapist in January 2022, so I am fully able to treat people going through treatment for cancer.

I treat a whole range of people from athletes, builders, office workers, gardeners, nurses to tired out mums....everyone will benefit from massage. So if you feel that you could do with some help with your aches and pains, please do not hesitate to get in touch, and let's see how I can help you.

Thank goodness I found Caroline. I cannot say enough good things about her. She listens to what you’re having issues with and works relentlessly to improve/help you. Neck and shoulder pain is one of the most common reasons people come to see me. This pain can be caused by poor posture, stress, frozen shoulder and muscle injuries to name a few causing symptoms such as headaches, poor range of motion, radiating pain and sleep disturbances.

Not quite sure how we got here so quickly, but welcome November!
