What a wonderful first session at the The Old School Centre in Wootton. Almost a full room of new people and the majority attending their first ever sound bath. Thank you so much for choosing me to take you on your first sound journey. It was so lovely to meet you all 🙏🥰

I also appreciated having a couple of my regulars there to support me at the new venue 🥰. Thank you 💕💕

As it was a first session for many people, I decided to keep it simple and bring out my old faithful set of chakra crystal bowls. It was like catching up with a long lost friend 😍🥰. Natural and flowing and a feeling of being at home 💕

My next session is on Sunday 13th April at Bembridge Youth & Community Centre, 5pm - 6pm. Drop me a message if you’d like to book.

I hope to be back in Wootton at the beginning of May. Exact day/ date tbc

WOOTTON - NEW SOUND BATH VENUE ( The Old School Centre )

THURSDAY 3rd APRIL, 7pm - 8pm

I am delighted to announce that I have secured a new regular hire at this stunning venue. This building really is an absolute gem and I’m feeling very lucky that it has found its way to me.

It’s extra special when the universe throws something wonderful in your path, and that is exactly whats happened with this venue. During the free sound bath taster session I offered earlier this week, one of the ladies attending mentioned this building to me. Straight away I knew exactly where she meant, as I actually worked here for a short time some years ago. As it turns out, the same lady I worked for all those years ago is still running the building and is in the process of turning it into a wellbeing centre. I knew immediately that it would be absolutely perfect for a sound bath venue.

I popped along today to reacquaint myself with the lovely lady I used to work for and found that she has poured a lot of love into upgrading the building, with new windows and heating etc. it really is the most beautiful and perfect space, AND it has its own car park 🤩 🚘 🙏

I have initially arranged to hire once a month on the first Thursday of the month, starting on Thursday 3rd April, with the session running 7pm - 8pm. This is with a view to increasing the number of sessions per month if there is demand to do so.

What an absolutely wonderful and exciting twist of fate this is. 🥰🙏

My Free Mini Sound Bath Taster Session setup.

It was a very last minute decision to join in with the village hall taster sessions, but I was pleased to have a few new people in attendance. Thank you ladies for coming along and entrusting me with your first sound bath experience.

I may do another one at some point and plan ahead so that there is more time for people to book on. It can be a daunting experience trying something new for the first time, especially when it’s a group situation. This was a fantastic way to give people an idea of what to expect without it being too overwhelming.

FREE SOUND BATH TASTER SESSION at St Helens Community Centre

TUESDAY 18th MARCH, 6.15pm - 6.45pm

In celebration of ‘Village Halls Week’ St Helens Community Centre have asked their regular hirers to hold drop in taster sessions to showcase their offerings.

I am delighted to be joining in to offer a free half an hour ‘Mini Sound Bath’ to anyone who has been interested in attending a sound bath, but isn’t sure what to expect. This is open to new clients only and will replace my planned regular session.

I’m very excited to have the opportunity to share with new people, the amazing potential wellbeing benefits a sound bath has to offer. If you’ve been considering attending a sound bath but haven’t been sure what to expect, why not pop along and try out this free mini session.

The session will run from 6.15pm - 6.45pm. Anyone wishing to attend will need to bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushions and arrive at 6pm to get your space ready. The sound bath will start promptly at 6.15pm and the doors will be locked.

This afternoon’s sound bath was very special for me, as my beautiful daughter joined us. She lives in Southampton so can’t attend regularly but is staying with me for a few days this week 🥰.

During the session today she was wearing her Garmin Vivoactive5 watch ⌚️. I thought it would be good to share the results it recorded so that you can all see the calming effects a sound bath has on the body.

The sound bath took place between 5pm - 6pm and the results recorded show that my daughter’s heart rate and stress levels were considerably lower during that hour than the previous hour, and also recorded that she was in a napping/ dreamlike state during the session.

It’s absolutely fantastic to see the proof right there of the calming effects a sound bath can have 🤩
