We're so incredibly proud to celebrate a wonderful milestone in this young man's life! Meet Richard and his new feather friend, Jasper the macaw.

When Richard first came to us, he was going through a very tough time, and building trust felt like a huge mountain to climb. But through his amazing perseverance and dedication, he has worked so hard with his team to take incredible steps forward.

He's building confidence, forming connections, and making exciting plans for his future. After months of dedicated research and preparing his home, Richard has welcomed Jasper.

⚽ What a fantastic day on the pitch!

We teamed up with three brilliant organisations for a charity football match — and the energy was incredible. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us. The atmosphere was electric! 💙🙌

We came so close to taking the trophy, but our amazing NHS colleagues clinched the win. Well played! 🏆👏

More than just a game, it was a powerful reminder of the strength of our community. Playing alongside colleagues, friends, families, and those we support — with everyone cheering us on — made it truly special.

A fantastic couple of days exploring Alton towers, making lots of memories that Fran would love to share with you 🎢

Frans feelings and rollercoaster of emotions :

“My best ride was the smiler which we did twice and it has the world record of 14 loop the loops on a rollercoaster 😵‍💫🎢 Rob and Shaunna helped me overcome my nerves on two rides that I was anxious about but I really wanted to go on and turns out I really loved them both!! I’ve had a really good couple of days going on thrilling rides with lots of twists and turns with the dream team Maximus, Thank you ☺️ “

Game on for a Great Cause!

We’re four passionate teams—Ryde House Group, Isle of Wight NHS Trust, Milford Del Support Agency, and Maximus Support Services—coming together for one epic charity football tournament!

We’re lacing up our boots, not just for bragging rights, but to raise money for some incredible causes. The winning team’s chosen charity will take home 50% of all proceeds, with the remaining funds shared between the other three. Everyone wins—but one wins big!

Here’s who we’re playing for:

• Ryde House Group – AIM (Autism Inclusion Matters)
• Maximus Support Services – WightAID Foundation
• Milford Del Support Agency – Ability Dogs Isle of Wight

We're recruiting to our community teams across the Isle of Wight as we continue to grow:

Role:

Support Worker based on the Isle of Wight. You will support a number of amazing people to live the most fulfilled lives possible.

As a support worker you will guide and support people to work towards further independence and achieve positive and sustainable goals. You will uphold a caring and supportive nature. It takes a lot for someone to open their life up to new people, so respecting others and the ability to build positive relationships professionally is a real requirement.

Hourly rate:

£12.50 - £14.50 determined on experience and skills
5.6 weeks annual leave
1.5 rate on bank holidays
45p per mile for travel as a driver between support sessions.
