Meet the faces behind Maximus Support Services!

This is Jennie, who has been a valued member of the team for the past four months and is thoroughly enjoying her role.

When speaking about her experience, Jennie shared:
“I enjoy working for Maximus because they are a very supportive team, and I like being part of a team that’s making a huge difference to the quality of our service users’ lives.”

With over 7 years of care experience, Jennie also works at the hospital within the Breast Screening Unit, bringing a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. She uses the diverse skills and experience she has developed over the years to provide high-quality, person-centred support to the individuals we work with.

When she’s not at work, Jennie enjoys spending her downtime on her motorbike 🏍

Feedback Fridays comes from our individuals that had a blast last night attending the Disco hosted by Ryde House Group
The individuals had a great time and this wouldn't have been possible without our wonderful staff team who supported them. So a big thank you to the teams involved for making it happen! 👏

At Maximus Support Services, we believe it’s so important to support the people we work with to take part in the activities they love. Whether that’s a game of bowling, socialising at the pub, or trying something new, these moments play a huge part in building confidence, independence, and happiness.

Encouraging our individuals to stay active, connected, and engaged helps them live the most fulfilling lives possible — and we love being part of those journeys. 💙

Meet the faces behind Maximus Support Services!

Tony has been a huge part of the Maximus team over the past seven months. He has played a key role in supporting projects that transform buildings into bespoke homes for individuals transitioning to Maximus. Throughout this time, Tony has been present in the lives of our service users, building meaningful and lasting relationships with each of them.

Having an in-house Maintenance Man is another clear sign that Maximus is continuing to grow and strengthen. Tony has been incredibly busy during his time with us and has proven himself to be a true dab hand at just about everything!

When speaking with Tony, he shared:
"I’m proud to be part of Maximus. I get great satisfaction from being able to help create and maintain person-centred living spaces for our individuals. I cherish the relationships I am building with the service users."

We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, skill, and care Tony brings to the team.

Meet the faces behind Maximus Support Services!

Emily has worked for Maximus for 4 months, this is her first care role.

When talking with Emily she said she likes being a part of a team that makes a difference to people's lives. Maximus supports her in every way possible, inside and outside of work. I have developed my knowledge and skills in such a short space of time due to working with different individuals and the support of my colleagues and office staff.

The stats are in, and 2025 was a fantastic year for everyone at Maximus!

We proudly welcomed 11 new individuals into the Maximus family. With that growth came the need for more support, and we were thrilled to bring 32 new staff members on board to help make it all happen.

Alongside our new individuals, we celebrated some truly special milestones- notably welcoming Jasper the parrot, a huge and meaningful achievement for one of our individuals 🦜.

There were many other goals reached throughout the year. Several individuals moved into new homes, some enjoyed trips back home to visit family, and others made lasting memories through activities like theme parks, camping, swimming, and bowling.

All of this incredible work added up to an amazing 120,629 hours of support delivered in 2025.

Now that “slow January” is behind us, we’re back in full swing with plenty of exciting prospects ahead.

Here’s to another year of growth, achievements, and amazing work—let’s see what 2026 has in store! ✨

Meet the faces behind Maximus Support Services!

Danielle has been with Maximus for just over 2 months. Danielle's background is working in a kitchen as a chef, so this is her first care role. However, she has experience with children as her family foster. She also has a family herself.

When talking to Danielle, she said 'I like working for Maximus as they support the staff and are happy to help. They offer advice to improve relationships between service users and staff. I love being able to support service users to achieve their personal goals. Seeing them happy and flourishing is important to me.'

She went on to say 'I enjoy helping others, even in my free time. I have set up walks and social events to help people with their mental health.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my children, helping my family foster. I enjoy cars and I love Harley Quinn.'
