My name is Elaina, although a lot of people call me 'Layla'. I have practiced yoga for 25+ yrs - a very good friend introduced me all those years ago! I have a genuine passion for this ancient, wonderful practice.

People attend classes for many different reasons, physical, mental wellbeing, spiritual connection.

I feel very privileged to share the wonderful practice of yoga in my local community.
