🎶 Sometimes a song just stops you in your tracks and resonates so deeply 🎶🥹

During an Inner Dance session this afternoon, this song came up and oh my goodness, if there were a song to sum up my personal journey and the resulting lifetimes' work that came from that, it is this ❤️

The Hypnotherapy sessions I do come from such a deep place that I refer to them as soul food. Not done for income as I have a job (nothing wrong with earning an income from healing) but for me personally, it comes from the love of the work and because I know it works.

Having lived through authentic forgiveness, I can see why I was lead to training in this modality as the beautiful aim for sessions is forgiveness.

Now forgiveness isn't to say what happened was or is ok. It wasn't. It isn't, and thats their inner work to do.

Forgiveness, for you, is to set yourself completely free. To fly higher. To be lighter. To lose the hold and power that situation once had on you. You forgive for you - its the biggest act of self love you can give yourself 👏❤️
