For those asking about payment plans, please contact via DM or email and I can send you through the payment information, to hold a place on a retreat we ask for a £75 deposit and the balance to be paid off a week prior to the event. The April retreat is filling up fast.

The campfire is not optional, the smell of smoke and the glow of the fire is one of life's necessities 🔥🎆

Don't worry Ladies, If like me you can't touch your toes, Libby works Yogic magic with ALL ( or in my case NO) abilities, so if you want to tie yourself up like a pretzel 🥨whilst saluting the sun, or you need a gentle push to get off the floor , you can guarantee we will all have the giggles at some point. 😆

A little bit about Libby 🧘🏼‍♂️

Born and raised in the New Forest, Liberty spent much of her childhood surrounded by nature and animals. In pursuit of wellness and sustainability she travelled across four continents studying nature and ancient healing modalities. 🌍

Liberty's agenda is to share her understanding of the incredible 3000 years of Chinese Medicine and Yogic wisdom, to invite people to heal from the roots up. 🌳
Healing the body, mind and spirit and encouraging people to deepen their connection to self and the earth around us.

At our retreat, Liberty will guide an introspective journaling workshop, as well as welcoming, fun and friendly movement classes to stretch the body, shake out tension and create a sense of calm.

Liberty will also be offering 1:1 Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture sessions at a reduced cost of £40 over the weekend.🌅

A little bit about me, I'm Becks, usually found outside in my wellies and happiest with animals and the outside, born on the Isle of Wight I was lucky enough to spend my childhood on the beach and in the woods, Two very magical places that I can never live far away from. 🌳 🌊
I'm completely new to Wellness Retreats and whilst searching for one to join, I have found the offerings a little heavy on meditation and spiritual journeys, I'm not knocking it I'm just not there yet....
With that in mind I've created a weekend that embraces wellness and the wilderness, a place where we can get together around a campfire, share good food, stories and laughter. 🔥
