life is so simple, to quote a phrase...
At the moment I am just doing one class at Yinspire, Tuesday 6.30-8.00.
It really has a focus on spine, hip, core and balance.....all you really want from a yoga class, right?
So the class attracts those with spinal and hip issues...
Thing is you can't just do a class a week and think you are all sorted....Gradually the class gets smaller and then new people come and then they go again.....I did the same, physio, chiro, osteopath, acupuncture...hot, cold, electric..massage.....All things that you want others to do for you...to make you better!!!!
I try and set things up so people have some take away, things they can practice to help themselves every day. I have to practice every day to keep my back mobile, not just once a week at a yoga class. It is so funny......." I've been to your class for a couple weeks, I don't feel any better"... Did you listen, Do you practice???.........Anyway, just to make it even more tricky for anyone to stick with my class ........I just started meditating again for the first time in a few years.... Somehow I forgot that it's the juice.......So if you can handle a class about spine and core etc and aren't scared of meditation the class has lots of space.....It's a yoga class !!!!! ###
