Restorative Yoga uses props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body and help you relax and unwind.

This deeply restful workshop will include hand mudras to bring a sense of calm and mindfulness for some inner kindness and awareness.

I've been at the clinic all day today getting on with 'Sunday jobs', I had hoped to make it down the front for some of the Armed forces day but time got away with me and I forgot all about it until the red arrows roared right over the clinic garden as I was battling the brambles!
I rushed inside and up to my office on the top floor where I had a pretty spectacular view 🤩
Managed to snap a few pics and also a few of the pretty flowers🌷🌼 in the garden 😊

I have decided to continue offering half price initial sessions permanently in order to make it more affordable for new clients.
I feel it’s working well in allowing people that are curious about counselling to try it without being put off by such a big initial cost.

The initial walking sessions are now £20 for the hour, and the initial indoor sessions at the Ryde Chiropractic & Complementary Therapies Clinic are £25.

I think it’s worth saying that every client I have seen since I started the offer in January has found it beneficial and have returned for more sessions.

A throw back to "lego lockdown" 5 years ago! Happy 1st May everyone ☀️

Happy May day everyone!

There won't be any dancing round the May pole this year.... unless you are a small Lego Chiropractor or Skeleton in the hands of a slightly mad woman with too much time on her hands 😂

I wonder what my neighbours think of me 🤔 maybe I need the other sort of May day!
