Gentle yoga classes for balancing the nervous system and building strength and resilience. We are starting back next week. If you would like to join us please contact me. Classes are on Thursday mornings, Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. We work with gentle stretches and breathing practices and finish with a lovely guided meditation. Starting next week on 3rd July, yoga classes on Thursday evenings. We will be focusing on good mental health and physical well being.

A gentle class suitable for every body. Gentle stretching and mobilising the body and calming the busy mind. We finish the class with a wonderful deep healing and nourishing yoga nidra relaxation at the end.

Please come and experience the beneficial effects of yoga, your first class is free. Class starts at 6.30 - 8pm.

Thank you to everyone that wished me a happy birthday and those who came to my birthday fundraiser on Tuesday. The evening was a huge success and I am very pleased to say that we raised £369.60 for the Bears Project; . Donations on the Just Giving page stand at £420, so donations are way beyond the target I set myself. The Wildheart Trust need to raise £150,000 to rescue the bears and they have reached more than half way. They hope to be able to get the bears to the Island by the end of the year or early next year. Rather than wait until all the money is in, the Trust have already made a start on the new bear enclosure. It is huge with a massive pond where the bears can swim and tunnels and a house they can hibernate in. They have not been able to swim or hibernate for the 10 years they have been in the tiny cage and bears love to swim, so I hope they will be very happy when they get here.
