Gentle yoga classes for balancing the nervous system and building strength and resilience. We are starting back next week. If you would like to join us please contact me. Classes are on Thursday mornings, Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. We work with gentle stretches and breathing practices and finish with a lovely guided meditation.
