This is me. I sat in the kitchen with my smoothie this morning soaking up the sun. It’s so healing, so inspiring, and when it’s with me I feel so much more motivated to move, don’t you.

I want to say a huge thank you to for our work together over the last year or more, both on a personal level and for my business and 121 clients.

On Saturday we did a photoshoot with

And as I looked around, I had one of those moments. A moment of realisation that collaboration is everything.

This wasn’t about the photos.
It was about the work we have done in the last year both on our own and together.

The early mornings.
The strength sessions.
The showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.
The slow, steady changes no one else sees.

One of my 1:1 clients was there with us. A year ago she would never have agreed to step in front of a camera.

Now? Oh my word, she exuded beauty and confidence. She has transformed into a version of herself that we couldn’t have dreamed of a year ago when she started working with me.

That’s what our work does, the spiritual and physical side of my work, the movement with Jo.

Yes, muscles get stronger.
Yes, blood sugar regulation improves.
Something else happens too.
You start trusting your body again.
You take up space differently.
You feel more like you.
Saturday just captured all of that and honestly, that’s the bit that fills me with joy. Thank you once again and
