If you listened to my live yesterday you’ll know about next week

If yo’d like to find out more about how the Healthy Habits Club works I’ve got a Kitchen Table Talk next Tuesday which is open to everyone, that’s 8pm next Tuesday.

We talk about what’s bothering us about our health and we look at the mechanisms behind what’s happening and what we might be able to do to help that with simple habits that help us to stay well as we age. That’s next Tuesday, The Tuesday after will be the Healthy Habits Club meeting that will be going through the monthly article going into real nitty gritty detail and getting them back on track with the habits that serve their health. I look forward to seeing some of you on Tuesday 7th at 8pm and my members on Tuesday 14th at 8pm.

This month’s article is about using movement to manage our blood sugars and our stress mechanisms, we will be talking about what movement can do to get the blood sugars down and manage our stress mechanisms better.

What a great week I’ve had

An invitation from Jo Adam’s Coaching to speak in her group session for Menopause PEACE. a conversation about stress hormones and health after menopause as well as an in depth discussion on gut health followed by some recommendations from me.

An amazing evening on Wednesday with Thanks to .greedy for catering for diverse dietary needs and to so many of you for a truly inspiring evening. I look forward to the Christmas one.

A lovely conversation with a previous client whose little girl is now at school. We worked together to help her thyroid health for conception.

And so excited to hear the progress my new client had made when we got together this week. So many of my clients come into that session feeling dispirited about their lack of achievement test when we talk it through they realise quite how much progress they’ve made. Love it. And of course some lovely walks. .greedy

I just love making salads. Just finished 2 truly inspiring meetings. Thank you and ❤️ loved our time together. Now for some lunch. This beetroot salad is delicious, nutritious and it literally took me 5 minutes to make. Recipe on my website. I’ve added walnuts and sultanas to it today for a change.

Simple salad for my lunch today. Don’t feel like eating animal protein, it’s a bit bot tbh, so I’ve added a handful of walnuts instead. I’ll top up the protein with a “milk shake” after my salad. Thank you to for the walnuts. Rye’s eco-shop making sustainable living simple, one refill at a time. I’ve been a bit lay about it so decided it was time for a visit.
