I am trained in Bespoke Facial therapy for problem skin types & anti ageing. Monu natural plant based products are used in a warm relaxing environment. I am also trained in massage which is fantastic for relaxation and a sense of well being. Reflexology can have a profound effect on many ailments all treated through the feet, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable treatment. My qualification in the Bowen Technique brings a complimentary therapy to the practice which can have fantastic results on many aches and pains, sports injuries, anxiety, stress and tension , acute and chronic back pain. It can enable the body to realign without intrusive or painful manipulation. The Bowen is a gentle rolling movement on specific muscles over the whole body, there are short breaks where the client rests and relaxes allowing the brain and the body to start to reconnect and so bring about the start of the healing process. This treatment can have positive effect on the quality of sleep, mood elevation, concentration and focus, relaxation and a positive outlook on life. It is performed over light clothes on a massage bench and after an initial consultation, the treatment usually lasts 60 minutes. You may experience a feeling of total relaxation after the treatment, you may feel nothing straight away but experience some positive changes a few days later everyone reacts in different ways.
