That’s what one of my lovely clients said this week following the Spring Reset package ❤️❤️

🌸 Spring Reset Package 🌸

💕 we start with a scalp massage to quieten and
relax the mind, using gentle movements to
encourage circulation and relieve any stress
and tension
💕 next up, a mini facial comprising of double
cleanse, tone and exfoliate. Followed by a
soothing massage to relax the facial
muscles, really helping you unwind and
leaving you with a radiant glow
💕 finally, a restorative back massage to target
areas of tension as well as calming the
nervous system. Using a rose geranium
essential oil helping to lift the mood,
balance hormones and alleviate stress

This package is £40/60 minutes, the perfect reset for mind, body and soul 🌸

🌷Balance Package 🌷

💕we start with a warm foot bath, including an
invigorating leg and foot scrub to work on
any areas of dry skin and to soothe tired and
aching feet
💕 a hot stone back of the body massage will
melt away tension and stress, leaving you
feeling calm and fully relaxed
💕 a reflexology treatment will target any areas
of concern, gently bringing the body back
into balance

This balancing package will bring about a sense of peace and wellbeing, £45/75 minutes 🌷

✨ Sunday Spotlight - Reflexology ✨

You guys are loving your reflexology at the minute ❤️ here’s a little rundown on the treatment and what I offer.

Reflexology is a very relaxing treatment which brings balance to the body by applying pressure on certain areas of the feet, this can help release any blockages and areas of tension.

Here’s what you can expect at your reflexology appointment with me;

👣 first up a soothing warm foot bath to help ease those aching feet

👣 then I’ll ask you to lay on the therapy couch and offer you a luxury warming eye mask to help aid relaxation

👣 we’ll start with massage for both feet and legs, up to the knees

👣 next I’ll begin the reflexology treatment, where you’ll feel gentle pressure on your feet, you’ll be feel a deep sense of relaxation and begin to switch off

👣your treatment will end with a leg and foot massage complete with a cooling massage lotion 🥰

✨ reflexology 60mins/£33

✨ luxury reflexology - includes foot and leg
scrub 75mins/£38

✨ reflexology with hot stone leg and foot
massage 75mins/£40

✨ ultimate relaxation package -
reflexology treatment and 30 min

⏰Make time for yourself; time away from work, chores, the kids or pets.

⏰I’ve got time just for you, for whatever you need; rest, silence, a chat, relaxation or rejuvenation (all of the above or something completely different!).

I can be slightly flexible with these appointments depending on what treatment you would like!

must be 9:30am for a 90 min slot
✨ 29th at 12pm - 60 min slot
