How are you looking after your health this August? As I’ve recently had a Total Hip Replacement (21/7) I am taking plenty of rest to allow my body to heal. I’m also focusing on my post-op exercises to maximise my recovery.
I’m therefore taking a break from offering Bowen Therapy and teaching Pilates, although keen to get back to both once I feel ready to.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances I am unable to go on my forthcoming yoga and Pilates retreat near Alicante. The retreat is on the 18th to the 22nd May and I highly recommend the company.

The company has suggested I try and find someone to replace me as that is the easiest option available. If anyone is interested in taking my place at such short notice, I would be happy to discount the place for you. Flights are separate.
