Originally based in Nottingham and now living in Durham, is passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between injury, rehab, and performance — with a growing focus on women’s health and encouraging more women to be active, strong, and confident in their bodies, which she can’t wait to bring to the NIHP!

After graduating from the University of Derby with First Class Honours in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation

Amanda is our amazing osteopath at NIHP. Osteopathy aims to restore the normal function and stability of your muscles and joints to help the body heal itself.

We'll be closed now until Saturday 3rd January 2026 .
Although the building is closed, emails and voicemails are still monitored by our Christmas Elves, so if anybody needs any help or support from their practitioner over the holidays, we can pass messages on.

Yesterday was fun ,Joanne our brilliant Bowen Therapist brought in her delicious and potent Christmas cake ,which was enjoyed by all.
Amy from Durham Mobile Microsuction was educating us all about ear health and offering free ear health checks we had lots of great visitors and even some carefully chosen Christmas tunes,think I may be beginning to feel Christmassy no more .
