About me
I started doing yoga almost 20 years ago. Although I couldn’t have articulated it at the time, my teacher was introducing me to self-love, something I had never known about before. I remember during my first Savasana (10mins of conscious lying relaxation) wondering how it could be that I had never given myself that deep rest before then. Until then, I had been avoiding/adapting my Self for fear of disappointing myself and others. Yoga classes gave me a safe space to begin casting the first tentative looks at the whole of my Self, both the dark and light, strength and weakness, happiness and sadness. I dedicate my life to sharing with others what I have learned. I am full of gratitude to all my teachers. Namaste.
