This is great opportunity for support workers to join our bespoke care team, providing person centred care to a young lady within a family home.

The successful candidates will be welcomed to our small established team, providing care to our client on a rota basis, with shift's covering days, nights, weekdays and weekends.

The successful candidate will offer the following skills:

At least 1 year experience in community care
Be reliable and flexible in their approach
Be conscientious
Be able to work on own initiative, and as part of a small team
Hours of work

Day shifts 8am – 8pm

Waking night sleep in shifts 8pm – 8am

Flexibility is key as exact hours may vary depending on client need.

Pay and benefits

Weekday rates - £12.15 per hour

Weekend rates - £14.40 per hour

Children’s Family Support Worker in Market Deeping

We are providing support to a young girl who has cerebral palsy with complex care needs and requires full support for all aspects of her care, communication, and mobility. Our client lives at home with her family and her pet dog.

We have a small and friendly team who provide person-centred care bespoke to our client. We are looking to recruit a number of additional team members to complement the existing team. Ideally with experience in providing complex care to a child in a home setting and able to work in partnership with the family.

ZERO HOURS ROLES AVAILABLE

A variety of shifts with flexibility are available as we continue to build out the team. We are looking to cover, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

A combination of shifts for zero hour cover are available

Term time - Current working patterns are:

Monday to Friday

7 am to 9am

3pm to 7.30 pm

Weekends – vary according to needs of client, and your availability

School holidays, working patterns are adjusted to meet needs of the client, and your availability.

This provides a great opportunity to work closely with one client and really make a difference.

Rate of Pay:

Up to £17.00 per hour weekdays

Up to £19.00 per hour for weekends with enhancements for bank holidays.

Children’s Support Worker

We are a small friendly team providing truly person-centred care to a young girl who has cerebral palsy. Our client has complex care needs and requires full support for all aspects of her care, communication and mobility. Our client lives at home with her family. We are looking to recruit part time staff to join our small friendly team to work in the home setting.

ZERO HOURS CONTRACT ROLE AVAILABLE

The successful candidates will be available to work a variety of shifts.

This role requires you to work waking nights 1 – 2 nights per week, with flexibility to work daytime shifts, evening shifts and occasional weekends as needed.

The client’s home is in a rural setting so successful applicants will need to have transport to get to and from work. There is no public transport to the area.

This provides a great opportunity to work closely with one young client and really make a difference and the opportunity to develop and further your care skills.

Rate of Pay:

Up to £15.50 per hour weekdays and weekday waking nights

Up to £17.50 per hour for weekends and weekend waking nights with enhancements for bank holidays.
