✨️ We have some very creative ladies living here with us at Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home - Excelcare ! June chose some bright, beautiful colours for her Spring wreath and Daphne spent some time drawing this amazing picture and using pastels to add colour and definition.

We all thought Daphne's picture was amazing but she said it wasn't 'up to scratch'.. Jemima said "oh gosh, that's very impressive"! And I completely agree!

We had a blast playing musical bingo this afternoon.

We sang along to well known songs and had a boogie too!

It was lovely to see the residents faces light up when a certain song came on!

Shirley was the winner and everyone enjoyed having a chocolate prize! 🏆

It’s about the little things! 🌈

✨️ Monday morning trolley shop! 🛒

The trolley shop is a great way to catch up with our residents and a chance for them to purchase any sweet treats, crisps or toiletries they may want/need.

We also run our weekly bonus ball fundraiser, with half of the procreeds going to the residents comfort fund and half going to the lucky weekly winner! Lynda won this week! She was thrilled to have won and it seems her luck continues! 💸

Sue W also got lucky with the tombola! Winning a lovely box of chocolates which were donated by Marimba! 🍫

✨️ A big thanks to all of you who donated prizes for the tombola, cakes, we really appreciate all of your support , Thank you for the lovely box of chocolates! 🍫

✨️ Another big thanks to our volunteers who donated their time to help us make the day as smooth as it was!
