We had a fantastic time at the Grange care home today as we welcomed a fitness instructor for a fun 10-minute workout session in the garden. It was a great way for staff to boost morale, get moving, and enjoy some fresh air together. 😃🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️
Even better, a couple of our residents joined in, it brought a lot of smiles and laughter to the staff. Good for your body but GREAT for your mind to.

Our residents at The Grange Care Home have been making the most of this beautiful Sunday, enjoying the sunshine out in the garden 🌞🌼

There’s nothing better than fresh air, good company, and a relaxing afternoon surrounded by nature. Smiles all around and plenty of lovely moments shared today 💚

We had a fantastic trip to the Essex Fire Museum in Grays! 🚒

Our residents had a wonderful time exploring the museum and learning all about the history of the fire service. They really enjoyed looking around the exhibit and seeing the amazing fire engines up close.

A highlight of the day was getting the chance to try on real firefighter helmets, which brought lots of smiles and laughter all around! It was lovely to see everyone so engaged, curious, and enjoying the experience together.

Our residents enjoyed a lovely trip to Pets’ Corner in Harlow 🐾

It was a wonderful day out, meeting the animals, enjoying the fresh air, and sharing lots of smiles along the way. Trips like these are always so special and bring so much joy to everyone involved.

Two of our lovely ladies from Audley Suite spent some time on Saffron Suite planting seeds to grow wildflowers in the raised bed 🌼🌱

A wonderful way to enjoy the fresh air and look forward to some beautiful blooms soon!

Continuing our Easter celebrations at The Grange Care Home, we were delighted to welcome back Dave the Singer for a special performance 🎤

Our residents at The Grange had a wonderful time singing along and dancing, creating such a lovely atmosphere throughout the home.
