Feeling stiff, tired, or just a bit frazzled?
Hayley’s yoga class at 6:30 PM is your midweek breather, a chance to slow down, move gently, and feel more like you again.

No pressure. No performance. Just a welcoming space to loosen up, breathe deep, and take care of your body.

☀️ The Summer Survival Guide (For Your Body and Mind)

Let’s be honest , summer can be a bit of a juggle.

Kids at home, holidays, last-minute plans… suddenly your usual routine disappears 😅

But here’s the good news: staying active doesn’t have to mean an hour at the gym. Sometimes it’s the little things that keep you feeling good and moving well.

Here are 4 easy ways to stay active this summer, even when life’s a little chaotic:

1. Walk Like You Mean It 🚶‍♀️
Pop on your runners and head out for 20 minutes
Speed it up for a minute, walk some hills, or just stroll with a podcast
And yes, walking the dog counts too 🐶

2. Playground = Your Gym 🛝
At the park with the kids? Try step-ups on a bench, push-ups on the slide, squat holds at the swing
Bonus points for monkey bar hangs , they’re no joke 💪

3. The 10 Minute Power Set 💥
Short on time? Try this anywhere
10 squats
10 push-ups
10 lunges each side
30 second plank
Repeat twice if you’re feeling fierce 🔥

4. Sneaky Strength Moves 🪄
Movement moments you won’t even notice
Calf raises while brushing your teeth
Balance on one foot while doing the dishes
Shoulder rolls at your desk
A few squats while the kettle boils

Because even on your busiest days, your body still loves to move, and it doesn’t have to be perfect!

🧘‍♀️ Meet Hayley , Our New Yoga Instructor!
We’re so excited to welcome Hayley to the team — starting in just 2 weeks!

Hayley has practiced yoga for almost 10 years and has been teaching since 2022. She completed her 250-hour training while living in Germany and has since taught in both German and English.

She is currently a student of Mark Whitwell, who studied with the “grandfather of modern yoga,” Krishnamacharya. The breath-centered principles passed down from Krishnamacharya are the foundation of the yoga Hayley teaches and practices.

These principles make yoga accessible to anyone and any BODY, exactly as they are in their current, natural state.

Hayley’s, classes are welcoming and suitable for all levels of experience. In her teacher’s words:
“If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”

A week at Reform Physio, Great Chesterford ✨

It’s been a busy week already.
Here’s what we’ve been doing:

1️⃣0️⃣ new injuries to assess
7️⃣3️⃣ return clients to help

👤 The team on-hand are Luke, Magda, Alex and Emily

🤕 A snapshot into some of the injuries we’re treating include: Sciatica, Knee Arthritis, Gait Analysis, Calf Strains, Ankle Sprains, Post Op Knees and Hips.

Basically every injury you can imagine this week!
