I am very passionate about injures that people acquire, from either sporting environments or from everyday working issues that are picked up. I know from first hand experience how injuries can stop you from training fully in your sport or working in your job at the level you require. I am much more than sports massage. I work with every aspect of soft tissue, from muscles, ligaments and tendons. I

also identify areas of muscular, imbalance which cause various issues throughout the body. I work a lot with posture and its affect on the body. Assessments of joints and mobility. Fascial restriction from years of repetitive movements and much more. Cost: 1 hours is £52, 45 minutes is £47, 30 minutes is £38. If I decide I won't need a full hour, then I shall cut the session short in order to not over work areas.

Some pre race support taping for 2 amazing and very motivating people and from

They are running an Ultra Marathon that's 100km with 6300m of elevation in Wales this weekend and I have no doubt they'll do incredibly. This kind of event is about getting through it and having every base covered, which they have.

We don't just treat the injury but look at the body as a whole. We look for imbalances that cause injuries, weakness in muscles and over use tension.

Great graphic demonstration of the importance of foot and lower limb mechanics. It can affect the Plantar Fascia, Achilles, calf, knee and everything above.

It’s not the ITB’s fault. ITB attaches to lateral condyle of the tibia, it has been postulated that excessive rearfoot eversion (pronation) resulting in greater tibial internal rotation could increase the strain in the iliotibial band. 🤔. So we can stop rolling the ITB? Yes. That thing isn’t going anywhere anyway. Plus with increased tibial rotation you are creating compression at the knee, so we don’t want any more compression. Address foot and hip mechanics. Noticing a trend here with knee pain....look above and below. Love lower extremity helical tape for that limb.
