Hi there! I’m back. So, I’ve been living in London, away from my original PT area for the past 6 years.
Now I’m back in Sawbridgeworth and have my own small private gym and open to take on clients NOW!

Things have changed a bit since I was a full time PT in Bishops stortford. I’ve got older (obviously), I’ve started new sports, I’ve studied new industry knowledge aaaaaand picked up different types of injuries… adductor tendonitis, rotator cuff issues and a meniscus tear to start 😬.
This has changed my outlook on training. I still lift heavy, I still run, I play tennis and teach people to be as fit and strong as they can achieve with a healthy balance.
But now as a result of learning new ways to recover from injury and pain I have upskilled to a deeper understanding of living pain free.
My primary focus for my training clients is in speciality is mobility.
My goal is to be able to live pain free longer, whilst being happier and feeling fitter. And that’s who I want to take on as clients.
Some people don’t want to bench press 100kg or burpee to the point of faint sickness. Are your goals something like the following?
- I want to be able to pick up my grandkids
- I want to play golf without back pain
- I want to run without knees being sore or shin splints
- I want my back to stop hurting after sitting at my desk
- I want to recover from a muscular surgery
- I want to feel more supple and less stiff
- I just want to feel healthy
