At this stage we’ve helped hundreds of men lose hundreds of kg in bodyfat, so what’s the secret? Well honestly, I have absolutely no fu***ng idea, I couldn’t put it down to one thing except the standard ‘eat less, move more’ < this does still work for 99% of us
I think one big thing that I personally learnt recently that can help a lot of men is leverage and pressure, often when we work with men they are desperate to get results, they want it bad and they have that strong reason to start. As that fades a bit over time it can be harder to stay motivated
Challenges, targets, deadlines, holidays, dates can all be decent ways to kick on again and get some new fire in there
Honestly, I still don’t know the ‘secret’ to it all, if such a thing even exists, end of the day you’ve got to just sort yourself out and work a bit harder than you did before, the Wolf way 🐺🔥
