Next week is the last 3 classes of 2025. What a year it has been!

Thank you all for your continued support, especially with my absence to have my daughter Mae back in May 🥰 I appreciate every one of you.

Hi all 👋 Every

I thought I would almost re-introduce myself to you all, to learn what shapes my classes as they are.

🧘‍♀️ I’ve been a teacher for 15 years
♥️ I absolutely love it
🙌 I am inspired by music to formulate classes and by judging the feel of the room
🤗 I never want someone to feel singled out so I do not encroach on your mat space unless I feel you need assistance for health/safety reasons.
✅ I give options as not everybody wants/needs or feels the same.
🕰️ Yoga feels different depending on how you feel at the time. It’s ever changing.
🕯️ I would love you to enjoy it as much as I do.
🥰 I appreciate the support of all my members SO much.
🪙 My classes are affordable and flexible for all pockets and schedules.
