I am a Personal Trainer & Online Coach, based in Saffron Walden Essex. My goal is to help as many people as possible to change their outlook on health and fitness and show people that achieving fitness or physique goals are achievable and can be obtained in a fun, simple and sustainable way. There are so many programs out there that are misleading and unrealistic for a person to follow. My goal is to simplify peoples approach to help them achieve their goals. I have always been an active individual and believe that looking after your health should be a priority for everyone. Training your body does not only have physical benefits, but I believe it also helps have a stronger mindset. My passion for health and fitness grows every day and I am always looking for that next challenge! As a personal trainer I love being able to work with the public and I am always open to chat, if you have any questions that you wish to ask me. Qualifications:

The graft has been paying off. 😮‍💨👏

As well as being a busy Dad, Luke still manages to stick to a schedule to prep meals & get training sessions done. This level of consistency is why we’ve seen such fantastic progress.

We’ve slowly chipped away over time, getting Luke leaner whilst also holding & even progressing training performance. We’ve kept/built muscle tissue & got Luke into an awesome place with his body composition.

We’re now slowly reversing back out of the deficit now, ensuring we keep digestion in a good spot…before we go into the next phase of building tissue. 🚀🚀

Most people aren’t trying to be the strongest in the room — they just want to feel better, move better, and stay consistent.

That’s where coaching really makes a difference.
�Not in the extremes, but in the everyday.
A good coach meets you where you’re at, helps you train with purpose, and takes the pressure off doing it all alone.

It’s not about being “serious enough.”�It’s about making your training actually work for your life.

You don’t need to compete to be committed.
You don’t have to be a bodybuilder to have a coach. 💪

➡️Clarity.
Stop the second guessing, stop winging your diet/training and not seeing progress. Gain a clear vision on what your goal is, the time frame and structure that you need to achieve your end result.

➡️Confidence.
When you have a plan mapped out for you, all you need to do is turn up & put the effort in. Knowing that you’re on top of all variables, such as training, nutrition & recovery is simply going to provide you with more fulfilment and confidence. Which is only going to create positive momentum to carry you towards achieving the end result.

➡️Purpose.
You’ve got the goal, now what’s the purpose? What is your why?
Discovering why it is you want to achieve a goal is going to create a deeper meaning and motivation which will create a better level of adherence to your plan. The purpose is going to be what gets you up in the morning and attack the daily tasks.

➡️Understanding.
My goal as your coach is to not only deliver you high quality results, but also educate you around all things training, nutrition & recovery during the process. The greater you understand the approach, the more confidence you will have in the program, which will equate to greater results.

➡️Guidance.
You’re not on your own during the process. As your coach, I will be there to guide you step by step throughout the time working together. A coach is a second set of eyes, to help you see the progress, understand when it’s time to push or pull back. As a coach it’s within my absolute best interest to achieve the best results possible with you.
