Even if your goals arenāt to squat lowerā¦ļæ½Jamesā story is one I just had to share!
āWorked out this morning and my squats felt so different. My PT could see it as well. He was like, āGod, I canāt believe how low you can get.āā
I love hearing things like this because itās not just about moving differently, itās about how someone feels within themselves too.
Better movement. More confidence. Feeling calmer. Feeling more connected to your body again.
