Thursday Yin Yoga 7.30pm 🤍 Sarah’s teaching supports students to stay connected to themselves when life feels busy or overstimulating. Her work centres on steadiness, pacing, and nervous system awareness.

With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, she brings both depth and sensitivity to the spaces she holds. Her classes are grounded, responsive, and consent led, with an emphasis on helping students feel oriented and at ease.

She is particularly drawn to gentle and yin style practices and breathwork as ways of supporting nervous system regulation and helping students build a stronger sense of orientation in their own bodies over time.

We’re excited to be expanding our timetable and are looking for talented, experienced Yoga Teachers, Pilates Instructors, and Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our beautiful, small, and intimate class studio in Newport.

Our studio is a calm, welcoming space where community, quality teaching, and genuine connection come first. We pride ourselves on offering thoughtfully designed classes, personalised attention, and a supportive environment where both instructors and clients can thrive.

We’re looking for instructors who are passionate about movement, confident in their teaching, and committed to delivering inspiring, safe, and high-quality classes. If you love working in a boutique studio setting, value community, and want to be part of a growing wellness space, we’d love to hear from you.
