Nature based well being and Mindfulness programme.

Great for preparing for transitioning to primary/junior or high school.

A young person’s tool kit to manage the ups and downs of daily life. This course is particularly helpful for your young person who may be struggling at school or attending school. Especially if they experience sensory overwhelm.

Teaching young people wellbeing skills for life. Raising self-esteem, reducing anxiety, managing difficult thoughts and emotions. Improving confidence, and resilience, attention and concentration, learning about a healthy regulation of social media and technology and increasing compassion and empathy as well as improving sleep.
This is a Six sessions course. All sessions are taught in a fun interactive way, and all attending will create their own relaxation programme and their own book for continued practice at home and school.
Suitable for ages 4 year to 110!

Half Term dates. At Noakes Grove Nature reserve.
Nature has no expectation, no failure, you can just be. The perfect place to learn skills for life.

These sessions can be one to one. Small groups or run as a family course.

Tuesday the 27 th of May
2:00 - 4:00 PM.
Thursday the 29 th of May 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
Friday the 30 th of May 2.00 - 4.00 pm
This is one course. All sessions would need to be attended.

After school indoor and outdoor sessions available.
Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are currently fully booked until June.

I have had the absolute pleasure of teaching so many local young people and families and running my sessions in schools, collages and Nurseries. Also working for MIND in West Essex and he N.H.S. I am a Mental health first aider.
Please e-mail me for a course breakdown. Or call for a chat. All sessions are tailored to specific need. This course can also be run as a small group. But the group would be chosen by you. And you can invite your own friends.

There couldn't be a better time to share this. It is hard to find the time but this is worth it. I really recommend listening to this. May be instead of an hour in front of the TV. Or put it on while doing some jobs! It really is wonderful.
When I training as a relaxation teacher we had to do some research in to fear. There are no more baddies out there than there used to be. We just hear more about it. This chap confirms this. We are always hearing the bad stuff. Listening to this will help and gives hope. ###x
