This may seem an unlikely beginning for theming a chair yoga class, but I am nothing if not authentic! As you may or may not know, Miranda Hart has been living with a chronic illness for the past decade and in this book she shares the 10 'treasures' she has discovered, for living a full and happy life, along the way. As soon as I started reading, I realised that the 'treasures' Miranda has learned from countless 'ists' (psychologists, therapists, anthropologists, you name it) are not so very far flung from those we find in Patanjali's Sutras and I love how these messages for living a meaningful life and overcoming life's challenges never really change, however many 1000s of years have passed.
