Do you have a morning routine ?🐝

I used to wake up at 5am every morning but now feel blessed to sleep in until about 6 but today just before 5am I was awake !! Years ago I read the Robin Sharma book and stuck to this routine for a long long time !!

I may start again ??

Day 47 - when your daily routine becomes a habit it’s like you’ve never done anything else !!

My goal to lose 42lbs before my 50th on the 4th June is well under way 🤩🚀

30lbs to go almost a 1/3 way there and on track.

I still have only been training 3 times a week on a low level so much more in the tank there also definitely not been doing 5000 steps a day so lots more room for growth.

Day 43 - Still committed still going strong 💪

I’m 1.5 off track but still a loss this week if the weight starts so slow a little I know I cannot reset with my training routine in the gym. The first 6 weeks I’ve been 3 times a week and really enjoying light cardio, full weights circuit and a swim but have lots more in the tank with what I can do.
