I pride myself on carrying out treatments to the highest of standards, helping people overcome the stress and tension of everyday life. I`m based in St Albans with the posibility to travel around Hertfordsh*tre . I understand that life can be stressful and challenging , and all that daily stress and tension gets acumulated in our body , that`s why each session will be tailored to meet the clients needs . My bodywork not only focuses on your physical condition but is also midful of your individual psyche. I strongly belive in the direct link between emotions and their manifestation in your body and these tow are given much attention troughout your session to create a healthy balance and improve wellbeing. I belive that the human body has its own healing properties and my job as a therapist is to provide my clients with the time and space to allow bodies to contact that inner knowledge.
