Spending time in hospitals really puts things into perspective. Time feels slower there, and you can’t help but notice how much people are carrying - patients, families, and the staff who show up every day no matter what.
Having RA means hospitals and appointments are part of my normal, but visits like this still remind me not to take health for granted. These places are heavy, but they’re also full of strength, kindness, and moments that matter more than we realize. Leaving with a lot of gratitude - for the care, the compassion, and the people who make hard days a little easier.
