Trisha didn’t just lose 8st 5lbs, she found herself again with LighterLife. 💙
After years of struggling with her health and using food as a comfort, she returned to LighterLife knowing she needed more than another short‑term diet.
With weekly support, CBT‑based tools, and the structure that helped her break old patterns, Trisha transformed her relationship with food and her confidence. ✨
Shopping is now enjoyable rather than stressful. Clothes she tries on are often too big, requiring smaller sizes. Her wardrobe now features brighter colours rather than the darker tones she once hid behind.
Staying accountable remains key. Trisha continues to attend group sessions which helps keep all aspects of ‘Living Lighter’ at the forefront of her mind.
Her advice to anyone thinking of starting? Commit fully. If you fall off plan don’t panic, ask the group and your mentor for help, and get back on it as soon as you can.
