Ayurveda is the ancient holistic healing system originating in India thousands of years ago. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between mind, body and spirit. Every being has a body type, or dosha - our dosha is the energy that makes up an individual, determined at birth by genetic and karmic memory. Each person will have a dominant dosha, either Vata, Pitta or Kapha which is related to our physiology, metabolism and personality
Food and lifestyle routines are considered the most important medicine in Ayurveda. The quality and quantity of our foods directly relate to the health of our bodily systems and thus our physic mechanism. Whilst I am still studying the foundations of holistic health, I have created unique 'Ayurveda Cold Brews' to compliment each dosha.
