Whilst I don’t celebrate the ‘new year’ until the spring equinox in March, the end of the calendar year always makes me feel very reflective about all that has been. This year has been huge for me, it brought about lots of change, challenges, hard work and so many beautiful & rewarding moments! Feeling truly grateful for all that was in 2024 and wishing you all a magical 2025!
A gentle reminder that the New Year does not have to mean a new diet, a new fitness class you don’t enjoy, or a whole list of new goals to feel overwhelmed by. Let’s make this New Year promise to listen to our heart. To trust ourselves. To support ourselves. To choose the things we love rather than going down the same old abusive path of trying to mould ourselves into something the media tells us we are supposed to be. We are still in the depths of winter, nature is quiet and in hibernation mode and its calling us to do the same. We will be easing into the new year and new term of classes compassionately with breath, movement & meditation and we start back next Wednesday 8th January!
