• General foot discomfort when walking

Regular foot care isn’t just about comfort — it can help prevent small problems becoming bigger ones.

📣 Struggling With Heel Pain? It Could Be Plantar Fasciitis…

At North Wales Foot Care, we’re seeing more and more people come in with stubborn heel pain, especially first thing in the morning.

👣 What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It happens when the band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot (the plantar fascia) becomes irritated or inflamed.

You might notice:

• Sharp pain when you take your first steps in the morning

• Discomfort after standing for long periods

• Pain after exercise rather than during it

• A feeling of tightness through the arch or heel

This condition can affect anyone — busy parents, runners, people who are on their feet all day, or even those who’ve recently changed footwear.

👣 The good news?

Most people get significant relief with the right professional care. At North Wales Foot Care, we assess the root cause and develop a tailored plan to help reduce pain, improve mobility and get you back to your daily activities comfortably.

If heel pain is slowing you down, don’t ignore it — early treatment can make a huge difference.
