Did you know you can have your prescription sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy through the NHS Wales Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)?

By nominating us as your pharmacy, your prescription goes directly to us, regularly through out the day. — no more collecting paper scripts in big bundles from the GP surgeries.

I’m running Cardiff half on Sunday, 3 weeks after completing Ironman Wales. I’m fundraising for who support children and their families from our community and children my parents have fostered and cared for over the years.

Paracetamol is the recommended medication for pain relief and fever during pregnancy when taken as directed.

There is currently no evidence that paracetamol use in pregnancy causes autism in children. Untreated pain or fever can pose risks to both mother and baby, so it’s important manage these symptoms.

Pregnant women should continue to follow NHS guidance:
🔹Take paracetamol only when needed
🔹Always use it in line with the instructions on the label

If you’re unsure about taking any medication during pregnancy, speak with your GP or midwife for advice.

Our Pharmacist may be a little stiff today, he’s had a big weekend.

On Sunday, he took on Ironman Wales in Tenby. He swam 2.4 miles, cycled 112 miles and then ran a marathon. He’s absolutely smashed it and he heard those amazing words:

David you are an IRONMAN!

From all the girls and your family, we want say huge congratulations, we are very proud of your determination and stubbornness to get that medal.

And a shout out to Crap Tri the best triathlon club in the world
