After having a walk around this lovely little fair last year we have been asked to do our own stall next month. This is totally new to us but we are looking forward to it and hope to see lots of you there. Free entry and parking with a little cafe and a park to let the kids loose afterwards. Now to decide what we'll offer on the day 🙌👣🔉

New moon in Pisces today folks as of quarter to 1 this morning, we are being challenged to look on the bright side and believe in our dreams despite any obstacles we face. Get focussed on those dreams and set your intentions for this lunar cycle, you may be surprised at what you are able to manifest!

The card I pulled for the collective with this new moon in mind is from the Golden future oracle deck.
This card has come up twice in two days which leaves no doubt for me that it's relevant.
The card relates to the throat chakra and to mercury the planet of communication, overseen by archangel Michael. We are encouraged to hold light in this area so we radiate integrity, honour and courage and communicate in a pure and charismatic way gaining us trust and respect.

📢📢 We are CANCELLING tomorrow's meditation 📢📢 Usually we'd carry on with low numbers or maybes but this time we have a full day of therapies already and other commitments we need to make time for.

Hi everyone, just a little update.

Tomorrow we have a Leo full moon/ snow moon which feels super high energy to me already, time to plan some self care I think 🛀

Our next new moon meditation evening 🧘‍♀️ will be on Friday 28th, a good opportunity for those of you that find week nights difficult.

A reminder to new followers that Reflexology is a stand alone treatment option and you don't have to combine with Reiki, cards or anything you don't fancy.
We are working on a website and some better advertising for clarity ☺️

Lastly a huge thank you to those who have volunteered as case studies for James's sound healing, we have been so impressed with how it's been received and are very excited about things to come!

There is also a planetary alignment tonight which if the sky is clear we should be able to see 🤩 And if we don't we'll no doubt still feel the shift in energy for a few days!

Although it's a cancerian full moon full of emotions I'm feeling very grounded by it and managed to get this picture before it totally disappeared behind the clouds. A bit amateur but I'm all about the quick snaps!

Yesterday we went to a lovely winter solstice sound bath with Debbi Walker welcoming back the light ☀️
I could sit by the fire pit for hours with the beautiful smell of ash 😊

Just what we needed before Christmas!
