Day 2 of 2 at the Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress hosted by the one and only . Day two was jam packed … highlights for me were: 1. Learning about Vivacy’s new concept B.A.S.E unravelling the biology of beauty. 2. Learning more about the new toxin from .uk 3. Spending time from my dearest friend so in awe of her! Felt very lucky to have learnt about 4. Booked myself for a thanks to a recommendation from 5. Fell in love with the master anatomy desk! How cool is that! It doesn’t replace dissection however it’s a brilliant innovative way to revising anatomy. 6. Bumped into lots of wonderful colleagues and I both ended up buying needles! 7. Sat with .reality to understand their technology and finally got some compliments from the passer by I asked to take photos of me at the Vivacy stand 🤣 📸 listen to the last section 🔊🤣

Day 3/3 at Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress ( ) — the industry’s leading global event for advancing physician education in aesthetics. Today was quieter than the previous two days as the Pope was visiting so transport links were a challenge- only the dedicated few ventured out!

Final day highlights:
• I practically ran to the balcony for some fresh air sunshine and a moment to take it all in! Loved every second
• Spotted on the big screen showcasing their Ultimate Anti-Aging Solution: NCTF - watch this space!
• popped by to see .reality again… I was completely obsessed by their technology all three days
• Caught up again with the Southwest rep for .uk talking all things toxins… watch this space

Facial aesthetics is well and truly in and more undetectable than ever before. It helps rebalance, restructure, stabilise and harmonise our faces.

It’s rarely one size fits all.

True facial aesthetics doesn’t follow trends.

Treating the face requires understanding how anatomical landmarks such as your nose, lips, chin, jawline, and midface work together. These relationships changes with age, gender, and individual anatomy.

A balanced profile in your 20s will not look the same in your 40s or 60s. Masculine profiles require different projection, angles, and structure compared to feminine ones.

That’s why consultation is everything.
I assess the whole face in motion and at rest, from the side and front, looking at:

• Proportion and projection
• Skeletal support, dentition and soft tissue volume
• Age-related structural changes
• Gender-specific aesthetic ideals
• What will look natural long-term; not just immediately

Often, the most effective treatments are the subtlest ones, placed strategically to restore harmony rather than change identity.

The goal of profile balancing is not to make you look different.
It’s to make everything look natural and quietly refined.

Skin is the foundation of confidence, healthy ageing and good quality long-term results.

The last five years my focus was on understanding skin more deeply… how it functions, repairs, and changes over time. This year we’ve mastered it and here is the truth:

When skin is healthy, treatments behave better, results look more natural, and outcomes last longer.

As a dentist with extensive experience in medical based diagnosis and treatment planning, facial anatomy, structure, and precision-led treatment, my approach to aesthetics has always been grounded in safety, detail, and evidence.

Ongoing learning and international education remain central to my practice.

I’ll soon be attending IMCAS Paris (a global meeting focused on ageing science, skin health, and evidence-based aesthetic medicine). Everything I bring back from each lecture, each congress is introduced to my clinic thoughtfully, backed by research, and tailored carefully to each individual.

Now more than ever is the time to invest in skin with a medically-led, science-first approach. Our appointments are now open and we will be extending them to provide longer appointments and more flexible days evenings and weekends.

This was the year we truly understood how to treat your skin with the respect it deserves.
