Slowing down and noticing everything around you is always a good thing as it helps us to reconnect with ourselves, people around us and even things we take for granted like nature.
Try to make time each day to maybe smell a flower, watch the butterfly flying around, the waves crashing on the beach or whatever else makes you happy.
It's amazing how a small change like this in your day can make tou feel better in ways you didn't realise you felt bad or disconnected.
