Great day watching client and sponsored athlete Josh Gilbert do what he does best at the British Motocross Championships today. A great comeback result finishing 2nd overall considering a tough season so far with injuries and illness.

I'm so pleased to say my new treatment room is ready for business.
It has been hectic, but I can't wait to open the door to my first working day at Hamleys tomorrow, and I look forward to welcoming you all to my new space.

That's a wrap! The end of yet another year and the end of an era!
I've closed the door on my little treatment room following my last session in it after 12 years!

I'm now home after a lovely holiday and I'm back to work tomorrow.
