World Su***de Prevention Day - 10th September

Today, 10th September, is Su***de prevention day. Su***de is still the biggest killer of people aged 35 and under in the UK. This years theme is “Changing the Narrative on Su***de” with the call to action: “Start the Conversation.”
It is a day to look a those who are vulnerable and who need someone to listen. Death by su***de comes with many unanswered questions and is an internal struggle nobody can ever truly understand.

As well as The Samaritans (Call 24hours 116 123) There are many organisations and people willing to listen here are some phone numbers if you need some help.
