Amie has been with Flourish since 2020, stepping up to Registered Manager in 2023. With 18 years’ experience in care - from elderly to dementia and palliative support - she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the role. 💙

Originally from the Midlands, Amie now calls Cornwall home with her husband and dog, Bruno 🐾 (our unofficial Flourish mascot!). She loves the sea and paddleboarding in her spare time. 🌊

Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a real difference? We’re on the lookout for Night-Time Live-In Carers to join our team - providing overnight support, comfort, and care to individuals in their own homes. This role includes a mix of sleeping and waking nights, based on client needs.

🛏️ Support with personal care, medication, and companionship
💬 Be a reassuring presence throughout the night
🏡 Help maintain comfort, safety & dignity at home

✅ Full training provided – experience is welcome but not essential
✅ Competitive pay, uniform, PPE & 24/7 on-call support
✅ Alternate weekends required

🚗 A car isn't essential, but you’ll need to get to and from the client
