🌟 Meet Jemma – Head of Care & Outreach 🌟

Jemma has been with Flourish for 10 years, starting as a carer back in 2015 and working her way up to Head of Care & Outreach. With 15 years’ experience in elderly, dementia, and end-of-life care, plus a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (and working towards Level 5!), she’s a true asset to our team. 💙

Outside of work, Jemma loves life by the sea, paddleboarding, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and dog Reggie 🐾

🌟 Meet Tracey – Our Office Manager! 🌟

Tracey has been part of Flourish since 2016, first as Administrator & Finance Clerk, and now leading the office as our super-organised Office Manager. With a background in training and teaching (plus experience as an NVQ assessor), she supports staff through qualifications while keeping our office, training, and finances running smoothly.

Locally born and bred, Tracey lives with her husband and son and loves all things crafty. ✂️ Known for her organisation, if Tracey hasn’t got it… it probably doesn’t exist! 😉

She’s looking forward to meeting more of our clients and is always happy to help with any queries. 💙
