“The Yoga of Breath” course offers an opportunity to dive deeply into the powerful practice of pranayama, the art of breath control in yoga. This course, led by Kishe Redwood, an experienced Iyengar teacher, will span four modules, held on Thursday evenings throughout November. Kishe brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong foundation in Iyengar yoga principles, known for their focus on alignment, precision, and depth, especially within breathwork.

Through the course, you’ll explore various breathing techniques that help center the mind, reduce stress, and increase energy. Each session will guide participants through methods to develop a mindful awareness of breath, creating a meditative practice that aligns body and mind.
