What a brilliant winter term we have had! Even with the weather bringing its own challenges to our sessions, we've had a wonderful time every week 💚

As always we finish the term with a cookout but come January we have a whole term of outdoor cooking!! It is one of our favourite themes of the year 😋

What a lot of rain!! 🌧☔️
Today's fire has been a challenge but it's been lovely to warm our chilly fingers ❄️🌧

End of term means a cook out so we've been extra invested in this fire today!! 🔥

We love and good fire challenge in our Woodland Sessions! 🔥 this is the latest challenge..a friction fire 🔥 It's a tricky one, especially with the cold damp weather we have been having..but we have some seriously persistent members of our groups and we are confident this will be successful! One day!!

Sometimes the weather is against us! 🌧🌧🌬🌬 As much as we try to be out in the woods in all weathers, sometimes the wind makes it unsafe. Luckily we have the classroom!! We spent the morning using raw sheep wool and turning it into some beautiful felted works of art 🎨 ✨️ Everyone did and amazing job and it was wonderful to see everyone's creativity and perseverance coming out ⭐️

🎄🎄 Children's Christmas ornament making workshop 🎄🎄 Saturday 6th December
Aged 5+ there will be something for everyone to enjoy! Plus the kids can take home a selection of Christmas decorations they make themselves using lots of things we find in the woodland
