Temple offerings and time to feel exceptional gratitude for the privilege of spending 3 months embracing this magical island. Tomorrow is our last day before returning home. I am leaving feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready after fully allowing myself (finally) time to rest completely, heal, and reset.

I have read an endless amount of nonsense books, gazed at stars, swam, walked, eaten incredible food, watched fire flies, and spent a countless number of hours sat on a terrace drinking tea while watching the birds. I've also watched the grand total of two hours of TV in 3 months... seriously, we should all get rid of those things.

For the first time, maybe ever, I have zero desire to go back to doing and planning. This not rushing life hits different, and I am here for it to STAY! This chapter is going to be all about reaping the rewards of all those years of intensive sowing, graciously.

Started 2025 in my favourite way.

A sunrise sea swim, hanging out with my fav , eating tropical fruit, and drinking tea in the sunshine.

2024 was a funny year. In some ways it was amazing and, on a personal level, was one of the best and most successful in terms of buisness, time freedom, clarity etc. But it also felt like a year of relentless loss, challenging hurdles, navigating a broken feeling world and well, you know, all of that. So the triumph can't help but feel a little bittersweet.

I wonder what 2025 has in store for us?

I intend to continue to dance wildly, spend as much time outdoors as possible, getting away from the screen, and exploring.

Here's to a cracker of a 2025!

There's such a huge part of me that deeply wishes that I thrived seasonally in the UK - that I could embrace the dark and hibernation vibes, could connect with ancestoral ties to homeland and could face the cold and the grey as a time to reflect and rest. But, I never have. It makes me feel lifeless and numb. Honestly, I find it depressing af.

So here we are, 'escaping'. Deeply rested, calm and content with the slow pace of tropics life, but also feeling vibrant and alive within the colour, mild caos of Sri Lankan living, and a world filled with birdsong, insects, wildlife and just... well, LIFE. Everything feels alive.

Including, me. And I intend on living, fully.

O and, Merry Christmas.

The Restorative Retreat - South West France

Availability news!

The next few months, availability for treatments is going to be limited while I am in full massage training mode! And then, I am away for 10 weeks until March 1st. So here is a little warning that if you want to get booked in, I am opening up my calendar from now until December 8th.

NON AVAILABLE DATES!

No treatments October 9th to 19th
No treatments November 9th to 19th
No treatments December 8th until March 2nd 2025 (yes, I am away somewhere gloriously tropical)

Anything in between these dates, ping me a message and we can get you booked in :)

SKYE - you felt like a living dream!!

Wandering through a fairytale land of endless jaw dropping views with a scattering of Highland cows, misty sunrises, glowing moons and firey skies, visibility for days, crystal clear waters to play in, sharing mountain top lochs with newts and boat trips with dolphins, winding mountain trails with friends, cruising around with the roof down... I could go on and on!

Who knew I'd be going to the Scottish Highlands to hike and play in perfect sunshine!!?

I was also lucky enough to share it all with a wonderful group of humans! Thank you to my love, for sharing your special place with me.
