Our personal trainers are here to push you, whilst making sure you stay motivated and have a great time. From bootcamp on the beach to one-to-one sessions in our state of the art gym, whether you are training for a marathon or have a hatred of all things exercise, they will help you reach your goals. Get outdoors and hit the green on our 8 hole golf course or practice your swing on the tennis courts. Once you have pushed hard then take time to stretch out in our warm indoor pool, soothe sore muscles in the Scandinavian sauna or relax in our mood lit eucalyptus steam room.
