I've been experiencing a high number of same-day cancellations recently, which is having a significant impact on my small business. Whilst I understand that there may be unavoidable circumstances that require appointments to be cancelled, to ensure that I can continue providing the best possible service to all my clients, I will need to enforce my cancellation policy for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, regardless of the circumstances.

Thank you for your cooperation.

A few people have asked recently if prices for treatments will he going up, at the moment I will be keeping them the same. 🥳

However, to do this I will be having a no exceptions rule to my cancellation policy, unfortunately when a treatment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the client doesn't show up this does cost me money and I can't both absorb that cost and keep prices the same.

A huge thank you to my many clients who always attend appointments, give me plenty of notice or have paid for late cancellations, I really do appreciate each of you. 💚

How we started

Hi! I’m Beth and I am the founder of Epona Massage Therapy. I’ve always found the structure of the body and how its systems interact fascinating. After being in several jobs each one always had the same flaw, I was helping people as much as I could within my role, but for me, I got frustrated that I couldn’t help people to the extent I wanted to.

Massage allows me to help people, be it to find relief from pain, to push themselves further in an exercise program or to find some relaxation and peace. It’s a career I truly love and running my own practice I can give each client the time and care they need. I can take time to research new developments in the holistic world and complete further training to ensure I’m offering thorough and effective treatments to meet the aims and goals of my client.

Outside of my day job I’m a busy smallholder with horses, ducks and dogs to keep me busy and enjoying the outdoors!
